At BAGLINE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BAGLINE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
